Wendy’s has officially launched its new Thin Mints Frosty, a special frozen treat inspired by the beloved Girl Scout Cookie flavor. The dessert became available nationwide on Friday, February 21, the same day Girl Scout Cookies were released for sale. However, this minty delight is only available for a limited time while supplies last.
According to Wendy’s, the Thin Mints Frosty blends the chain’s classic chocolate or vanilla Frosty with a rich, minty cookie crumble sauce. This new treat offers a mix of cool, creamy texture and crunchy cookie bits, making it a must-try for Frosty and Thin Mints fans alike.
Wendy’s has also partnered with over 4,200 of its restaurants to support local Girl Scout troops during cookie season. The initiative allows troops to sell cookies at Wendy’s locations, helping them reach their fundraising goals.
A Tribute to Girl Scouts
The Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) are thrilled about the collaboration. Wendy Lou, Chief Revenue Officer of GSUSA, praised the launch, calling it “an amazing tribute” to the young scouts who have worked hard to make Thin Mints a household name. She also highlighted how Girl Scouts learn valuable skills like entrepreneurship, goal setting, and business ethics through their cookie sales program.
Wendy’s also pointed out that Thin Mints taste even better frozen, making this Frosty flavor the perfect combination of minty-chocolate goodness and smooth ice cream.
Win Prizes with the Thin Mints Frosty Adventure Game
Starting Monday, February 24, Wendy’s customers can play an interactive game in the Wendy’s mobile app for a chance to win daily prizes. The Thin Mints Frosty Adventure game includes food rewards and a grand sweepstakes where players can win up to $10,000.
Girl Scout Cookies Are Now on Sale
Along with the Thin Mints Frosty launch, Girl Scout Cookies are now available for purchase nationwide. If you don’t know a local Girl Scout, you can use the Girl Scout Cookie Finder to order your favorite flavors online and have them shipped directly to your home.
This year’s Girl Scout Cookie season began on January 7 and runs through the spring, typically ending in April. All proceeds from cookie sales stay within local communities and fund activities like camping trips, service projects, and leadership programs.

The Girl Scouts have announced their 2025 cookie flavors, which include longtime favorites like:
- Thin Mints – Crisp chocolate cookies covered in minty chocolate
- Caramel deLites (Samoas) – Cookies with caramel, coconut, and chocolate drizzle
- Peanut Butter Patties (Tagalongs) – Peanut butter-filled cookies coated in chocolate
- Trefoils – Classic shortbread cookies
- Do-si-dos – Oatmeal sandwich cookies with peanut butter filling
- Toffee-tastic – Buttery cookies with crunchy toffee pieces
However, the Girl Scouts will retire two flavors after 2025: Girl Scout S’mores and Toast-Yay!.
