Melania Trump made a striking appearance in Washington, D.C., as she arrived for the premiere of her new documentary, Melania. She stepped onto the red carpet wearing a sharply tailored black dress that reached mid-calf, featuring long sleeves, a structured collar, and a button-down front.
She completed the look with a slim black belt that defined her waist and a pair of pointed black heels. Her long blonde hair fell in soft waves down her back, adding a classic touch to the modern outfit.
Fashion rooted in confidence
Melania Trump has long shown a deep interest in fashion and personal style. For years, she has worked closely with stylist Hervé Pierre, who has helped shape her signature look.
“She likes tailored suits and sharp lines. She will not start wearing ruffles and floral prints just because she is starting a new chapter,” Pierre said.
He added that her style has stayed consistent over time, focusing on clean cuts and strong shapes. “She gravitates towards strong tailoring, sleek looks and perfect cuts with no fuss. Her style has been consistent for years; there is no reason why she would change it,” he said.

Pierre said years of working together created a natural rhythm between them. “After seven years, we know each other well enough to work in great harmony,” he said. He explained that he can often tell right away whether a design works for her. “I learned over the years which kind of dress Mrs Trump will like.”

Donald Trump attended the premiere alongside her, wearing a navy suit and dark red tie. The couple has been married since 2005 and share their son, Barron.
