McDonald's Canada has launched a new menu across the country after teaming up for the first time with Frank's RedHot. The limited-time collaboration adds a spicy twist to several well-known items and officially arrives at participating restaurants on February 3.

The new menu marks a major step for the fast-food chain as it introduces bold heat across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Company officials say the goal centres on giving customers more flavour choices while keeping familiar favourites front and centre.

A Spicy Upgrade to Familiar Favourites

The new offerings take classic menu items and add Frank’s RedHot flavour to each one. Customers can order the Frank’s RedHot Original McCrispy, which features seasoned Canadian-raised chicken topped with shredded lettuce, a mayo-style sauce, and Frank’s RedHot Original Thick Sauce on a potato bun.

Vegetarian diners can choose the Frank’s RedHot Original McVeggie. The sandwich includes a breaded vegetable patty with lettuce, mayo-style sauce, and the same signature hot sauce, served on a toasted sesame bun.

For dipping fans, the menu includes a Frank’s RedHot Hot Honey Dipping Sauce. The sauce blends sweet honey with heat and gives chicken nuggets a new flavour option.

Breakfast Gets a Bold Makeover

Morning meals also receive a spicy update. The Frank’s RedHot Creamy Garlic McMuffin lineup adds a garlic-forward kick with a smooth, spicy finish. The breakfast range includes the Creamy Garlic Bacon ’N Egg McMuffin, Sausage ’N Egg McMuffin, Egg McMuffin, and Chicken McMuffin.

These items aim to bring heat to the breakfast table without overpowering familiar tastes. The company says the new flavours fit easily into daily routines, whether customers stop by in the morning or later in the day.

Brand Leaders Speak on the Collaboration

“Our fans love to turn up the flavour, and collaborating with Frank's RedHot® let us do that, McDonald's style,” said Francesca Cardarelli, Chief Marketing Officer at McDonald's Canada. “We didn't just add heat; we are celebrating this collaboration across breakfast, dunk-worthy dips, and delicious sandwiches. They say it goes on everything -- but our iconic taste makes 'everything' something special.”

Company leaders believe the partnership brings together two brands that share a loyal fan base and a focus on bold taste.

Available for a Limited Time

The McDonald’s x Frank’s RedHot menu will not stay forever. Restaurants across Canada will carry the items for a limited time only. Customers can order in person, through the mobile app, or via delivery services where available.

The launch adds excitement for those who enjoy spice while still keeping the menu accessible for everyday diners. With demand expected to run high, fans may want to try the new items sooner rather than later.
