This funding round, which includes investment from Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos through Bezos Expeditions and Softbank Group, has catapulted Skild AI's valuation to an impressive $1.5 billion.

The company specializes in developing an artificial intelligence model designed to serve as a versatile "brain" for various types of robots. This model aims to enable cost-effective robotics solutions across a wide array of industries and applications, from resilient quadrupeds navigating challenging environments to humanoid robots performing intricate tasks in both household and industrial settings.
