The pop star celebrated her birthday on Dec. 2 and later revealed the outfit she chose for the occasion. She shared a mirror selfie on social media, showing herself wearing a white polka-dot dress that reflected a playful mood.
“This is the dress I wore for my birthday🎂…Minnie Mouse was my inspiration… you guys have to check out the new 3D cartoon of Minnie and her Boutique with Daisy… it’s brilliant… It’s like I turned 5 again and I watch it everyday now!!!! 🙄🙄🙄🙄🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🎂,” she wrote.
The short dress featured tiny black polka dots, an off-the-shoulder neckline trimmed with ruffles, and a black bow at the front. Black lace lined the skirt, which flared out softly. Spears completed the look with mid-calf black boots and wore her long blonde hair loose with a centre part.
Her manager, Cade Hudson, appeared beside her in the mirror, helping position the camera for the photo.
Post Shared Weeks After the Celebration
Spears posted the image on Dec. 29, several weeks after her birthday and shortly after the holiday season. She spent Christmas surrounded by close family members.
A source close to the singer said she celebrated Christmas with her 19-year-old son, Jayden James. Her older son, Sean Preston, 20, marked the holiday in Louisiana with extended family.

“Britney had a fun time celebrating Christmas with Jayden — it's been such a special holiday,” the source said.
Spears shares both sons with her former husband, Kevin Federline.
Family Ties Remain in Focus
Earlier in November, Federline spoke publicly about family relations, saying Spears had remained in contact with their sons.
“We haven't talked specifically, but I know that she's talked to our sons, which is good,” he said.
On Dec. 28, Spears also shared a message online after some family members spent Christmas together without her. Alongside an image of a Christmas tree, she posted a note that carried a sharp tone.
“Merry late Christmas to my beautiful family who have never disrespected me, harmed me, ever done anything completely unacceptable or caused unbelievable trauma, the kind you can’t fix…,” she wrote. “To my dear sweet innocent family … so so sorry I was busy this Christmas but I will definitely show up and surprise you soon … I can't wait.”
She ended her message by addressing her niece with warmth, writing, “I just want to hold you, my love … Godspeed, friends.”
