ARMY, It’s Happening! After nearly four years away from the global stage, BTS is officially returning with a large-scale world tour spanning 2026 and 2027. The K-pop supergroup announced more than 70 concert dates across five continents, marking its first headline tour since 2022.
The tour will begin in South Korea this April and conclude in March 2027, signaling a full-scale comeback following the members’ completion of South Korea’s mandatory military service.
First Tour Since 2022 Hiatus
The upcoming run will be BTS’s first global tour since Permission to Dance on Stage, which wrapped in 2022. That hiatus was driven by enlistment requirements that temporarily paused group activities at the height of their international success.
All seven members — RM, Jin, Jimin, V, Suga, Jung Kook and j-hope — have now completed their service obligations. Rapper Suga was the final member to be discharged in June 2025 after serving as a social service agent due to a prior shoulder injury.
Tour Launches in Korea, Spans the Globe
The tour opens with multiple shows in Goyang, South Korea, before moving across Asia, North America, South America, Australia and Europe. Stops include major cities such as Tokyo, London, Paris, Los Angeles, Toronto, Mexico City, São Paulo and Sydney.
Several cities will host multi-night runs, reflecting continued demand across global markets. London, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Singapore are among locations receiving extended dates.
Ticket Sales and Fan Access
Presale tickets will be available to official fan club members on January 22 and 23. Fans must register through Weverse, the platform operated by BTS’s management company, HYBE.
General ticket sales for all regions will open on January 24.
New Music Arrives Before the Tour
The tour announcement follows confirmation from BigHit Music that BTS will release new music on March 20. The upcoming album will be the group’s first full release since their service-related break, adding to anticipation around the live shows.
Industry analysts expect the album and tour combination to dominate global charts and ticket markets throughout 2026.
A High-Stakes Return
Before their hiatus, BTS was among the most commercially powerful music acts in the world, generating billions in economic impact and holding records across streaming, touring and chart performance.
With all members reunited and a tightly scheduled global rollout underway, the 2026–27 tour positions BTS for one of the most closely watched comebacks in modern pop music history.
Full tour dates have been released, with additional announcements possible as demand evolves.
