Cheesecake Factory has made big changes to its menu, adding 23 new dishes while removing 13. The popular restaurant chain revealed the update on Thursday, saying the new items are now available at all locations. This shake-up aims to add more variety to the already massive menu, which has over 250 items.
The new dishes cover a wide range, including appetizers, main courses, and cocktails. Customers can now try fresh options like Chicken Shawarma, Spicy Ginger Beef Tenderloin, Seared Tuna Tataki Salad, and a Double Smash Cheeseburger. For seafood lovers, there’s Grilled Branzino and Ahi Tuna & Shrimp Ceviche. The restaurant has also introduced new side dishes like Grilled Asparagus, Charred Sugar Snap Peas, and Honey Roasted Carrots.
Cheesecake Factory didn’t stop at food—they’ve expanded their drink menu, too. Guests can now enjoy the Margarita Verde, Yuzu Crush, Yuzu and Fresh Lemon, Yuzu Drop, and Japanese Whisky Sour. For kids, they’ve added a sweet new dessert, the Kids' Strawberry Shortcake.
While adding new flavors, the restaurant also trimmed some long-standing menu items. Dishes like the Everything Flatbread Pizza, Seared Ahi Tuna Salad, and the Bistro Shrimp Pasta are no longer available. Fans of the Mushroom Burger, White Chicken Chili, and Fried Shrimp Platter will have to say goodbye. Even the popular Factory Combinations and Loaded Mashed Potato Omelette have been taken off the list.
The menu refresh sparked mixed reactions from customers. Some welcomed the new options, while others were disappointed to see their favorites removed. The restaurant’s famously large menu has long been a running joke among customers, with many humorously calling it a “novel” due to its length.
Social media was flooded with playful comments. One person joked that even after cutting 13 items, the menu still feels like 175 pages. Another called it the "Too Many Choices Factory," poking fun at the overwhelming number of dishes.
Cheesecake Factory is known for changing its menu twice a year, often introducing new dishes while retiring older ones. This latest revamp reflects the company’s effort to keep the menu fresh and exciting for its loyal customers.
With over 250 dishes still on offer, guests will have plenty of choices despite the changes. Whether they’re trying the new steak frites or sipping on a Yuzu Crush, Cheesecake Factory promises to keep delivering bold flavors and a wide variety of options.
