Chick-fil-A has stepped into new territory with the launch of its latest concept, Daybright, a restaurant focused on coffee, juices, and light bites. The company opened its first location on October 30, 2025, in Hiram, Georgia. The brand described the new venture as a place for “handcrafted coffee beverages, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, and food made with simple ingredients.”
The store includes a dual-lane drive-thru and a dining room, welcoming guests from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
A New Venture from Red Wagon
Daybright operates under Red Wagon Ventures LLC, a Chick-fil-A subsidiary created in 2017 to explore fresh ideas beyond its traditional chicken-based menu. Unlike Chick-fil-A restaurants, Daybright does not serve chicken sandwiches or waffle fries. Instead, it offers a full menu designed to fit busy mornings and active lifestyles.
David Farmer, Vice President of Red Wagon Ventures, said the new restaurant aims to give people an easy and uplifting experience. “With schedules busier than ever, we know people are looking for easy, convenient ways to enjoy quality food and beverages,” Farmer said. “Daybright is designed with this in mind, offering delicious beverages and portable bites intended to delight customers and help boost their busy days.”
What’s on the Menu
Daybright’s menu blends energy and comfort, with a variety of fresh options made for on-the-go customers. Guests can choose from signature coffees, iced teas, lemonades, and fizzes — sparkling drinks made with fruit juices.
The restaurant also serves smoothies, bright pressed juices, and a line of daily donuts for a sweet touch. For those craving something savoury, there are Hot Takes — warm sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and English muffins filled with flavourful ingredients.
Even children get their share of fun with a kid’s menu that includes smaller versions of breakfast favourites, such as PB&J sandwiches and mini smoothies.
Expanding Beyond Chicken
This isn’t Chick-fil-A’s first experiment outside its main menu. In 2023, the company opened Little Blue Menu, a restaurant in Maryland that served traditional Chick-fil-A dishes alongside wings and burgers. With Daybright, Chick-fil-A continues to expand its brand into new areas of dining while keeping the same focus on quality and hospitality.
The company said it wants Daybright to be a bright, welcoming spot where people can take a quick break, grab a drink, or pick up a snack that fits into their daily routine.
The Growing Trend of Drink-Focused Spots
Chick-fil-A isn’t alone in testing beverage-driven concepts. Taco Bell recently launched its Live Más Café, offering coffees, smoothies, and new Refrescas drinks in select locations across Texas and California. McDonald’s also tried its hand with CosMc’s, a themed drink shop that closed after two years, though its most popular drinks now appear in McDonald’s regular restaurants.
