Starting January 7, Chick-fil-A will reintroduce its Grilled Spicy Deluxe Sandwich and a selection of key lime-flavored drinks for a limited time. USA TODAY

Chick-fil-A is brightening up the winter months for its customers with the return of two much-loved menu items, just in time to warm up those cold, gloomy days. Starting January 7, participating locations will offer the Grilled Spicy Deluxe Sandwich and two seasonal Key Lime beverages, but only for a limited time.
First introduced in 2021, the Grilled Spicy Deluxe Sandwich quickly became a hit, gaining a dedicated fanbase for its flavorful combination. This was the first time Chick-fil-A introduced a spicy grilled sandwich, and it certainly left a lasting impression. The sandwich consists of a tender boneless chicken breast marinated with a special blend of peppers, which is then grilled to perfection. It's placed on a toasted multigrain brioche bun, topped with Colby-jack cheese, fresh green leaf lettuce, and juicy tomato. To elevate the flavor, the sandwich comes with a side of creamy Cilantro Lime Sauce.

According to Allison Duncan, the director of menu and packaging at Chick-fil-A, winter is the perfect time to bring back this sandwich. She explained that the Grilled Spicy Deluxe offers layers of bold flavors and the spicy kick that customers often crave during the colder months.

Alongside the sandwich, Chick-fil-A is also bringing back its refreshing Key Lime beverages, which were first introduced in 2019 as a limited-time offering. The Key Lime Frosted Lemonade is a standout, blending the zesty taste of lemonade (or diet lemonade) with Chick-fil-A's signature Icedream dessert, all infused with the natural flavor of Key Lime. For those who prefer a non-frosted option, the Key Lime Lemonade is another great choice. It's a simple yet delicious mix of Chick-fil-A's classic lemonade and the same refreshing Key Lime flavor.

This winter, Chick-fil-A’s seasonal offerings are sure to bring some much-needed warmth and zest to your day. Whether you're looking for a bold and spicy sandwich or a cool and tangy drink, these limited-time items promise to satisfy your cravings and add a little brightness to the season.
