Doritos is turning up the heat with a bold new chip flavor that promises to excite spice lovers. The brand recently announced its latest creation: Doritos Golden Sriracha. The new chip brings a fresh twist to the iconic hot sauce flavor by combining yellow and green Sriracha instead of the traditional red. This unique blend delivers a bold combination of tangy and sweet, pushing the limits of flavor in a way that’s sure to appeal to a younger generation of snackers.

With the launch of Golden Sriracha, Doritos is continuing its tradition of experimenting with familiar tastes, making them even more exciting. The brand is known for taking popular flavors and giving them a twist, elevating them to new heights. Tina Mahal, senior vice president of marketing at PepsiCo Foods North America, shared her excitement about the new flavor, saying it captures the essence of Gen Z’s love for spicy food while introducing an unexpected take on a beloved hot sauce. Mahal believes this new flavor could become a pantry staple alongside the iconic Sriracha sauce.

But Doritos isn’t stopping at just a new chip flavor. The brand also has some exciting news for fans of their Crash the Super Bowl competition. Doritos revealed the 25 semifinalists for their ad contest, with a chance to have their commercial aired during the biggest sporting event of the year – the Super Bowl. The winner will not only have their ad featured during the game but will also walk away with $1 million in prize money. Fans can check out the semifinalists at DoritosCrash.com and vote for their favorite ad starting January 14.

As for the chips, Doritos Golden Sriracha will be available at retailers nationwide starting this month. The chips will be sold in two sizes: a 9.25-ounce bag for $6.29 and a 2.625-ounce bag for $2.69. Fans can also order them online at Snacks.com.

This new flavor is just the latest move from Doritos, as the company continues to innovate and surprise its loyal customers with unique and bold flavors that keep them coming back for more.
