In her role as vice-president of basketball operations, she spearheaded various initiatives, including the development of the OVO Athletic Centre and the launch of the Raptors 905 G-League affiliate.

Her contributions extended beyond the basketball court, as she played a pivotal role in the team's temporary relocation to Tampa during the 2020-21 season.
