If you're looking for a new snack, Goldfish has something magical in store. The company has teamed up with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products to create a limited-edition Goldfish Butterbeer Flavored Grahams, inspired by the world of Harry Potter.
These new graham crackers offer a "rich butterscotch flavor, hints of creamy vanilla, and a touch of magic in every bite," according to Goldfish. The snack is designed to bring a taste of the famous Butterbeer from the Wizarding World straight to fans.
A Spellbinding Collaboration
Mike Fanelli, senior director at Goldfish, expressed excitement about the launch. "The Harry Potter Butterbeer partnership is an exciting new chapter in our journey of creating unforgettable flavors and shapes for our Goldfish Grahams portfolio," he said.
Goldfish has previously worked with brands like Elf and Dunkin, and Fanelli noted that snack lovers have been craving more sweet treats. "We can’t wait for Harry Potter fans and all snackers to try these delicious Goldfish Butterbeer flavored grahams," he added.
The snack was carefully crafted by Goldfish’s research and development team, who worked with Warner Bros. to perfect the flavor. It took four rounds of testing and 15 different seasoning blends to get the taste just right. While butterscotch is the dominant flavor, more attentive snackers may also notice hints of brown butter, cinnamon, and even a slight fruity note.
A Nostalgic Treat for Fans
Goldfish created this snack with a specific audience in mind—fans who grew up with Harry Potter and still enjoy playful, nostalgic treats. Fanelli explained, "Goldfish wanted to connect with snackers who are entering new phases of adulthood but still want to keep their playful spirit alive."
The company noticed a strong overlap between Harry Potter fans and Goldfish lovers, making this collaboration a natural fit. "Given these shared values, and with an uptick in snackers craving little sweet treats, we saw it as the perfect time to launch a magical snack that taps into nostalgia," Fanelli said.
Where to Find Them
Goldfish Butterbeer Flavored Grahams will be available in grocery stores starting in March, priced at around $3.69 per bag. Since this is a limited-edition release, fans might want to grab an extra bag before they disappear—almost like magic!
