According to representatives for the artists, the tattoo was completed over the Christmas and New Year holidays, with MGK being described as the "toughest client" Roxx has ever worked with.
In the Instagram post revealing the tattoo, MGK captioned it as being for "spiritual purposes only." Roxx, who also shared a photo of the tattoo on her own account, described the rapper as a "champ" and thanked him for the "joy and the pain."
