Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi brought Victorian-inspired fashion to Paris as the Wuthering Heights press tour continued. After making waves at the world premiere in Los Angeles, the two actors arrived in the French capital for a special screening that blended classic romance with modern elegance.
The pair star in a new film adaptation of the famous novel by Emily Brontë, first published in 1847. Over the years, many filmmakers have reimagined the troubled love story of Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff. This latest version adds a fresh voice while honouring the dark tone of the original work.
Margot Robbie’s Dramatic Look
Robbie stepped onto the red carpet on Monday wearing a deep wine-coloured velvet gown. The fitted bodice shaped her silhouette, while feather details and a flowing train added drama to the look. The dress gathered at the front, revealing a striking white underskirt that caught attention as she posed for photographers.

She matched the gown with a bold lip colour and soft makeup, giving her cheeks a gentle glow. Robbie wore her hair straight and loose for the evening, a change from the waves and updos she showed earlier on the tour. Aside from a red choker necklace, she kept accessories simple and refined.
Jacob Elordi’s Modern Edge
Elordi chose a sleek black outfit for the event. He wore a dark suit with a buttoned-up shirt, giving the classic look a modern feel. Sunglasses added a confident edge as he arrived on the red carpet. Together, the two actors struck a strong visual contrast, perfectly matching the film’s mix of tradition and modern style.

Cast and Creative Team Appear Together
The actors posed for group photos with director Emerald Fennell and co-star Shazad Latif, who plays Edgar Linton. Fennell wore a floral gown and styled her hair in a neat bun. Latif stood out in a statement coat decorated with fern designs, adding texture to the group’s look.
A Close Bond Off Screen
Robbie and Elordi have also drawn attention for their close friendship during the press tour. They wear matching rings engraved with the famous line, “Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same.” Robbie gifted the rings to Elordi. The jeweller behind the design described it as “a quiet reminder that love never truly dies.”
Earlier in the tour, Robbie spoke openly about their working relationship. “I'm so co-dependent with people I work with, and I love everyone so much, and I'm always that person who's so devastated when a job's over and I never want it to end. I think I developed that quite quickly with Jacob, too,” she said.
Gothic Fashion Takes Centre Stage
Robbie has embraced method dressing throughout the tour. After her bright pink wardrobe during the Barbie promotions, she now leans into gothic styles that reflect the film’s setting. Lace, sculpted shapes, and dramatic jewellery have defined her recent appearances.
At the Los Angeles premiere, she wore a custom gown with a lace bodice and a two-toned skirt in black and red. She completed the look with a historic diamond necklace once owned by Elizabeth Taylor, reinforcing the timeless feel of the story.
