Love is in the air at Paris Baguette as the bakery-café chain rolls out its new Pink Velvet menu for Valentine’s Day. Starting January 28, bakery locations across the country began offering a range of pink-themed cakes, pastries, and drinks designed to make the season feel extra special.

The menu aims to bring people together, whether they plan to celebrate with a partner, friends, family members, or co-workers. The new offerings focus on sharing, small indulgences, and moments that feel personal and joyful.

A Thoughtfully Designed Seasonal Lineup

The Valentine’s menu reflects careful planning from the brand’s culinary team. Cathy Chavenet, chief marketing officer for Paris Baguette North America, explained the idea behind the launch.

"Our Pink Velvet–inspired Valentine's Day menu of cakes, pastries, and drinks is thoughtfully designed by our in-house culinary team to help guests create meaningful moments with the people they love," she said. "From Galentine's Day celebrations with friends to after-school treats for little ones or a sweet surprise for your sweetheart, these handcrafted creations are made to spread love, joy, and a little extra sweetness in every bite and sip."

Cakes Made for Sharing

At the center of the Valentine’s menu stands a selection of handcrafted cakes, prepared in café kitchens by skilled bakers. Each cake features layers, soft cream, and festive finishing touches. Customers can order these cakes through February 15.

Options include the Pink Velvet Chocolate Ganache Cake with rich chocolate layers and pink cream, the Pink Velvet Layer Cake made with vanilla sponge and pastry cream, and the XOXO Strawberry Soft Cream Heart Cake filled with strawberries and shaped for the occasion. Each cake aims to serve as both a dessert and a centerpiece for celebrations.

Playful Treats with a Valentine’s Twist

Beyond cakes, the menu introduces a wide range of smaller treats inspired by classic Valentine’s candy. Heart-shaped macarons, croissants, and donuts receive a pink velvet makeover, finished with seasonal sprinkles and chocolate details.

The lineup also includes drinks such as the Pink Velvet Macchiato and Pink Velvet Matcha Latte, available hot or iced. These beverages add a festive touch to everyday coffee or tea breaks during the Valentine’s season.

Extra Perks for Loyalty Members

Alongside the new menu, Paris Baguette offers special rewards for members of its loyalty program. These include free items on select days, bonus points on Valentine’s and Pink Velvet purchases, and limited-time offers meant to encourage sharing and repeat visits.

Non-members can also join through the mobile app and receive a welcome pastry with their first purchase.

A Season Built Around Small Moments

The Pink Velvet menu highlights how food can play a role in connection and celebration. With options ranging from full cakes to single treats, the menu invites customers to mark Valentine’s Day in ways that suit their own traditions and relationships.
