This winter, Paris Baguette invites customers to slow down and enjoy comforting flavours with a brand-new seasonal menu. The neighbourhood bakery-café has launched a lineup of Salted Caramel Pretzel treats that blend sweetness and saltiness in a way meant to brighten cold days.

The new offerings include pastries and drinks designed to feel rich, warming and indulgent. The menu aims to give guests something familiar, with a playful twist that suits the season.

“As we step into the new year, we're bringing the coziness of the season to our guests with a new sweet-and-salty lineup of Salted Caramel Pretzel treats,” said Cathy Chavenet, Chief Marketing Officer at Paris Baguette North America. “These handcrafted pastries and beverages are designed to bring indulgence and warmth to winter days and invite guests to savour every moment this season.”

Sweet and salty flavours take centre stage

The Salted Caramel Pretzel collection focuses on bold textures and comforting tastes. Each item pairs smooth caramel with crunchy pretzel pieces to create balance in every bite and sip.

Customers can enjoy flaky croissants layered with salted caramel and topped with pretzel bits. The menu also features a filled donut coated in caramel and finished with powdered sugar and crunch. A buttery tart brings together caramel and pretzel pieces inside a crisp shell.

For those who prefer a warm drink, the winter menu includes several beverage options. Guests can choose a salted caramel pretzel latte made with espresso and milk, or a cold brew version topped with sweet cream. A matcha latte also joins the lineup, offering a milder taste with the same caramel finish. Each drink comes hot or iced and includes a pretzel garnish.

These seasonal items remain available until March 3.

Savoury comfort foods join the menu

Alongside sweet treats, Paris Baguette has added two savoury items for winter. A classic quiche Lorraine features bacon, eggs and cheese baked together for a filling meal. A sourdough tuna melt offers warm toasted bread topped with tuna salad and melted cheese.

These options give guests a chance to enjoy something hearty, whether stopping in for lunch or grabbing a quick bite.

Catering and rewards add seasonal perks

The bakery-café continues to offer catering options for meetings, gatherings and group meals. Breakfast and lunch boxes now include choices for different dietary needs, such as vegetarian and vegan selections.

Rewards members can also take part in winter promotions. These include bonus points for trying the new pretzel treats, discounted drinks during January, and a free croissant on National Croissant Day.

A cozy reason to visit this winter

With its winter menu, Paris Baguette brings together comfort, flavour and a sense of warmth. The new lineup gives Canadians a simple reason to step inside, relax and enjoy the season.
