Taco Bell has just added a new dessert to its menu, and it’s a treat worth trying. The fast-food chain has teamed up again with Milk Bar to create a special cake-inspired snack. The Milk Bar Birthday Cake Churro, a deep-fried delight stuffed with vanilla frosting, is now available at Taco Bell locations nationwide.
For just $2.99, customers get two icing-filled churros coated in cinnamon sugar and topped with Milk Bar’s signature pink sprinkles. These churros take inspiration from Milk Bar’s popular Birthday Cake, which has long been a fan favorite. Taco Bell describes them as “crispy and warm,” with a sweet, gooey center that adds an extra burst of flavor.
This is not the first time Taco Bell and Milk Bar have worked together. Back in 2022, they introduced the Strawberry Bell Truffle, a cake truffle soaked in strawberry milk with a sweet corn fudge center. However, it was only available in a few locations and sold out quickly. Now, with this new churro launch, Taco Bell fans across the country can enjoy a taste of Milk Bar’s creativity.
A Taco Bell spokesperson shared that the idea behind this second collaboration was to meet the growing demand for fun and indulgent little treats. “Taco Bell and Milk Bar fans love sweet surprises, and this churro brings together the best of both brands,” they said.
Milk Bar is also releasing its own churro-inspired truffle at its New York flagship store. These Churro Birthday Cake Truffles feature a churro cake base, a rich frosting center, and a crunchy outer layer called "churro birthday sand."
Milk Bar is known for its unique collaborations, from sneaker releases to creative food mashups. The brand’s founder, Christina Tosi, has expressed her excitement about working with Taco Bell. The Strawberry Bell Truffle was one of her dream projects, and now the Birthday Cake Churro brings another exciting fusion to life.
If history repeats itself, these new churros won’t last long. Given the popularity of past Taco Bell and Milk Bar collaborations, fans might want to grab them before they disappear.
