Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and retailers are rolling out exciting deals for the holiday. This year, Target has unveiled a fantastic offer for its customers: a Thanksgiving meal that feeds four people for just $20. This deal is a $5 reduction compared to last year, making it more budget-friendly.
The company announced that this year’s Thanksgiving meal includes everything you need for a festive dinner, featuring a variety of dishes to satisfy everyone at the table. Target’s meal package comprises a premium basted young turkey, stuffing, and five delicious side dishes. According to the company, “Target helps consumers stretch their budgets with turkey prices 20% lower per pound than last year,” emphasizing their commitment to affordability.

Here’s what’s included in the Thanksgiving meal deal:

  • Good & Gather Premium Basted Young Turkey (frozen) – up to 10 pounds
  • Good & Gather Russet Potatoes – 5 pounds
  • Del Monte Cut Green Beans – 14.5 ounces
  • Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup – 10.5 ounces
  • Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry Sauce – 14 ounces
  • Stove Top Turkey Stuffing Mix – 6 ounces
  • Heinz Home Style Roasted Turkey Gravy – 12 ounces

Target recognizes that families often enjoy different types of meals during the holiday season. In addition to traditional dishes, they have included options for non-traditional holiday meals. For example, many families opt for pizza on the night before Thanksgiving. To make it even sweeter, Target is offering members of its paid Target Circle 360 program a free frozen pizza with a same-day delivery order from November 13 to 16.

This announcement comes as part of Target’s larger initiative to reduce prices on more than 2,000 items. Rick Gomez, Target’s executive vice president and chief commercial officer, stated, “From lowering the price of our Thanksgiving dinner menu to just $20 to a range of hosting and gifting options and special Target Circle 360 offerings, we're serving up the kind of exceptional quality and value that sets Target apart.”

In addition to the Thanksgiving meal deal, Target is providing various options for side dishes and desserts, including Good & Gather Cheddar Mac and Cranberry Goat Cheese, as well as seasonal favorites like apple and pumpkin pie, all priced under $5. The company is also focusing on gifts and hosting essentials, offering fresh flowers, wines, and a charcuterie tray for $11.99.

This year, Target is introducing nearly 700 new food, drink, and entertaining items, ensuring customers have plenty of choices for their holiday gatherings. In addition to food, Target will also feature special holiday items designed by collaborator John Derian. His Thanksgiving home collection will be available for a limited time, showcasing unique dinnerware and novelty pillows priced under $40.

Shoppers will find even more festive options with gourmet food and beverage gifts from Marks & Spencer, including items like Gingerbread Tins and Salted Caramel Pinecones. Target is also introducing 11 new home items, such as London-themed ornaments and mugs, all priced under $20.

In the spirit of gift-giving, Target will offer stocking stuffers starting at just $2 and gifts under $10. For those looking to keep busy during the holiday season, the company will provide activity kits from Good & Gather and Favorite Day for $12 and under.

Lastly, Target promotes its price match guarantee, the free Target Circle membership, and the paid Target Circle 360 membership, which provides unlimited same-day delivery with no delivery fees on orders over $35, along with free two-day shipping and extended returns.
