Great news for Ted Lasso fans—Apple TV+ has officially renewed the hit show for a fourth season! Jason Sudeikis is set to return as the lovable football coach with his signature mustache and endless optimism. While the full cast hasn’t been announced yet, reports suggest that Hannah Waddingham, Brett Goldstein, and Jeremy Swift may be back as well.

Sudeikis teased what’s ahead, saying, “In Season 4, the folks at AFC Richmond learn to leap before they look, discovering that wherever they land, it’s exactly where they’re meant to be.”

A New Creative Touch

Jack Burditt, known for Modern Family and 30 Rock, is joining as an executive producer. Sudeikis will also continue his role behind the scenes, along with Brendan Hunt (Coach Beard), Toheeb Jimoh, Joe Kelly, Jane Becker, Jamie Lee, and Bill Wrubel.

Brett Goldstein, who plays Roy Kent, will help write and produce the new season alongside Leanne Bowen. The show’s original co-creator, Bill Lawrence, remains on board with his Doozer Productions team.

Apple TV+ and Warner Bros. Celebrate the Return

Apple TV+ is thrilled to bring Ted Lasso back. “This show has inspired fans all over the world with its humor, kindness, and heart,” said Matt Cherniss, head of programming.

Warner Bros. Television Group chairman Channing Dungey added, “If there’s one show the world needs more of right now, it’s Ted Lasso. We can’t wait for Jason and the team to step back onto the pitch!”

A Show That Fans Can’t Get Enough Of

After Season 3 wrapped up major storylines—including AFC Richmond’s rise in the Premier League and Ted’s return to Kansas—many wondered if the show was truly over. But fans never stopped asking for more, and now they’re getting their wish!

Since its debut in 2020, Ted Lasso has won hearts with its feel-good message and infectious positivity. The show has earned 61 Emmy nominations and taken home 13 wins, including Best Comedy Series and acting awards for Sudeikis and Goldstein.

With Season 4 officially happening, fans can look forward to more heartwarming journey of AFC Richmond, its unforgettable coach, and, of course, plenty of biscuits!
