The kaleidoscopic hues of gulal and beat-pe-bhangra beats of the DJ echoed the spirit of inclusivity in Toronto. On 30th March 2024, Urbana Events successfully hosted the grand celebration of Grand Holi ‘24 in the Greater Toronto Area.

The event was held at the National Banquet Hall, Mississauga, and was filled with explosive waves of laughter, music, dance performances, vibrant colors, games, and lots of multicultural delicacies.

Souls of every age sprawled their hearts with the beauty of diversity and got swayed by the harmonious blend of traditional and contemporary Holi songs. Witnessing Balam Pichkari opening the Bandh Akal ka Tala is like an overflowing glass of madly happiness!

However, Urbana Events' Holi Celebration was more than just a party. For the 2nd time in Greater Toronto, the event was a celebration of life, love, and the beauty of cultural bonds and colors.

For many, this event was a journey of discovery and connection. Strangers became friends, and friends became family as bonds were forged and fostered amidst the jubilant chaos of excitement. Irrespective of religion or background, everyone was united by the universal language of joy and camaraderie.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, the revelry continued unabated, with attendees immersing themselves in a riot of colors and joy. The air was filled with the scent of delectable multicultural cuisine, tantalizing taste buds and igniting culinary adventures from around the globe.

With the echoes of laughter, the pumping heart of the beats, and the yummy savories catered to joyous hunger, and the music faded into the dimming Sun, one thing remained abundantly clear– the colors of joy would continue to shine brightly, illuminating the path toward a brighter, more vibrant future for all.

Urbana Events extends heartfelt gratitude to our beloved friends Mina Patel, Kamini Singh, Mokshi Virk, Anuradha Chatterjee, Kala Narayanan, Srijeet Chaudhuri, and all who contributed toward the success of this grand celebration.

Their participation underscored the significance of cultural exchange and solidarity, reminding us that Unity is the Strength! Their bond and togetherness made this event of color even more vibrant.

As the last embers of twilight flickered, attendees bid adieu with hearts full of memories and faces adorned with the vibrant remnants of the day's festivities.

Until next year! We all await once again to paint the skies of Toronto, unite hearts and souls, and endure the holy spirit of Holi!
