Wendy’s is making Girl Scout cookie season even more exciting with a special giveaway. On Wednesday, March 12, also known as National Girl Scout Day, customers can grab a free small Thin Mints Frosty with any purchase made through the Wendy’s app.

"Celebrate all of the fun and friendship with the limited-time Frosty inspired by the iconic Girl Scout Cookies," Wendy’s announced.

The Thin Mints Frosty hit Wendy’s nationwide menu on February 21, the same day Girl Scout Cookies became available for purchase across the country. This limited-time dessert will remain on the menu while supplies last.

A Sweet Partnership

Wendy’s has teamed up with Girl Scouts of the USA to support their annual cookie sales. More than 4,200 Wendy’s locations are opening their doors to local Girl Scout troops, providing them with a space to sell cookies and reach their fundraising goals.

Lindsay Radkoski, Wendy’s marketing executive, shared her excitement about the collaboration. "The friendship between Wendy’s and Girl Scouts of the USA is mint to be," she said. "By bringing together two iconic fan-favorite flavors into a single spoonful, we're delivering an exclusive, one-of-a-kind Frosty experience to connect with our Wendy’s fanbase and Girl Scout Cookie supporters alike."

How to Get a Free Thin Mints Frosty

To claim this special treat, customers must place an order through the Wendy’s app or website at participating locations. A registered account is required to access the offer.

The Thin Mints Frosty is available in vanilla or chocolate and features a smooth, mint-flavored swirl topped with a rich cookie crumble sauce inspired by the famous Girl Scout cookie.

Win Prizes While You Enjoy Your Frosty

Wendy’s is also offering a fun way for customers to win prizes. On February 24, the fast-food chain launched the Thin Mints Frosty Adventure game in its mobile app. Players have a chance to win free food and enter a sweepstakes for a shot at a grand prize of up to $10,000.

How to Buy Girl Scout Cookies

Girl Scout Cookie season runs nationally from January to April, though exact dates vary by region. If you’re looking to stock up, you can visit www.girlscoutcookies.org to find a local cookie booth.

For those who prefer online shopping, cookies can be ordered through the Girl Scouts’ website for home delivery. If you know a Girl Scout personally, you can also buy directly from her. To stay updated on cookie availability, you can text COOKIES to 59618.

Additionally, Wendy’s locations participating in the Girl Scout partnership will have cookies available for purchase.
