Celebrating success in style: TDC's top travel advisors explore southern France, rewarded for excellence in 2023

Transat Distribution Canada (TDC) recently celebrated the achievements of its top travel advisors with an exciting trip to southern France. Around 50 advisors from Transat Travel and Voyages Transat agencies across Canada were treated to this special reward under the Bravo Excellence Club. This initiative not only recognized their exceptional sales performance in 2023 but also honored their dedication and hard work in the travel industry.

Karine Gagnon, the General Manager of TDC, expressed her delight at restarting the Bravo Excellence Club trips after a hiatus. She emphasized that the selected advisors had not only met outstanding sales targets but had also consistently delivered exceptional performance. The trip aimed to reward their passion and commitment by immersing them in the heart of their profession.

The journey began with a flight to Lyon on Air Transat, where the advisors had the opportunity to explore attractions like Vienne-Condrieu and the renowned Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse. They then continued to Marseille, where they experienced the vibrant local culture, including visits to the Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilization (MUCEM) and a scenic boat tour of the Calanques.

The advisors also had the chance to discover picturesque French villages such as Lourmarin, Gordes, and Aix-en-Provence, soaking in the rich history and beauty of the region. The highlight of the trip was a special recognition evening held on the terrace of Sport Beach in Marseille, where their achievements were celebrated.

During the trip, Gagnon praised the advisors for their role in creating memorable travel experiences for their clients. She highlighted their ability to understand and meet customer needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Gagnon expressed gratitude to TDC’s partners, including Transat, local tourism offices, airports, and tour operators, whose support made the trip possible.

Overall, the Bravo Excellence Club trip to southern France was a well-deserved reward for TDC’s top travel advisors, recognizing their outstanding contributions and celebrating their success in the travel industry.
