Air Canada Vacations is pleased to announce the addition of new members to its Sales team, reinforcing its ongoing commitment to excellence in the travel sector.

Ana Paula De Souza, Director of Sales at Air Canada Vacations, expressed her satisfaction with the new appointments, stating, "I’m delighted to welcome Clementina, Bruce, Anna, and Suzanne to Air Canada Vacations. These additions underline our dedication to fostering strong partnerships, offering unparalleled support, and creating growth opportunities for the travel community and our partners."

Elish Tait, a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience and strategic insight, has been appointed as Manager of National Accounts. In her new role, she will focus on supporting national partners and strengthening Air Canada Vacations' presence across the country. With previous experience as Area Sales Manager for Toronto North, Northern Ontario, and Toronto East, including Kingston regions, Elish brings a deep understanding of the travel industry and the importance of supporting partners at the travel counselor level. Before joining Air Canada Vacations, Elish held a significant position at The Travel Agent Next Door, where she contributed to agency support and led special projects for seven years.

Joining the Sales Team as Area Sales Managers are Clementina Iannuzzi and Bruce Parkinson. Clementina, previously serving as Business Development Manager at Travel Experts, brings valuable expertise and insights from her years in the industry. Bruce, with over 13 years of experience in various roles at Flight Centre, steps into his new role with enthusiasm, aiming to drive growth opportunities for travel partners.

In the Western Canada Region, Anna Teglasi and Suzanne Morgan have been appointed as Area Sales Managers. Anna brings international experience from the luxury cruise sector and entrepreneurial ventures, focusing on sales excellence and advisor empowerment. Suzanne, with over 15 years of expertise in the travel industry, including a background as a travel advisor, is dedicated to client satisfaction and partnership enrichment.

Responding to the success of the ACV@Home program, Air Canada Vacations announces Tina Kensett as the Area Sales Manager for the program in Western Canada. Tina's strategic leadership and advisor support focus align well with the program's objectives.

Clementina and Bruce report to Erminia Gallina, General Manager for the Ontario and Atlantic Canada regions, alongside Dianne Pedroso, Judy Munden, and Krista Rothfuchs. Anna and Suzanne report to Marigold Frontuna, General Manager for the Western Canada region, alongside Rose Siu.

Furthermore, Krista Rothfuchs has been promoted to Independent Advisors Manager, ensuring continued exceptional support for Ontario and Eastern Canada.

Leading the Sales Support team is Christine Faulkner, Manager of Sales Operations & Planning. Barbara Mengué Mbo has been promoted to Sales Operations and Trade Communications Manager, with Erin Craft as Coordinator Sales Marketing, and Sabiha Guzel, Christina Hipolito, Claudia Jamett, Kathryn D’Mello, and Diana Gerardi serving as Sales Operations Coordinators.

Ana Paula De Souza emphasized the significance of these new additions, stating, "Welcoming these talented individuals to our team underscores our commitment to building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional service."
