Air Canada Vacations has unveiled its inaugural Travel Agent Toolkit specifically tailored for Asia and Australia, marking a significant step in expanding its portfolio. Erminia Gallina, Director of Sales at Air Canada Vacations, expressed enthusiasm for the toolkit's launch, highlighting its value in assisting travel advisors and customers in planning trips to these regions.

The new toolkit aims to equip travel agents with essential resources to navigate Air Canada Vacations' offerings in Asia and Australia, streamlining the process of organizing travel arrangements for their clients. It includes comprehensive planning guides, a concise overview of flight options, and summaries of various products and promotions, such as car rentals, Aeroplan rewards, and travel protection.

This year, Air Canada Vacations is introducing a diverse range of tour packages for Asia and Australia, featuring direct flights and connections from over 60 Canadian airports, as well as numerous cruise itineraries. The company seeks to provide travelers with convenient access to these destinations, offering an array of options to suit different preferences and interests.

To coincide with the toolkit launch, Air Canada Vacations plans to conduct training seminars focused on Asia and Australia, aimed at educating travel agents about the new offerings and enhancing their expertise in selling these packages. More details about these seminars will be announced in due course.

The 2024 Asia and Australia program highlights several key features:

Asia Tours: Air Canada Vacations offers year-round tour packages to prominent destinations such as Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia. These fully-guided tours provide travelers with four- to five-star accommodations, domestic flights between cities, and inclusive gratuities. Direct flights from major Canadian cities such as Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver facilitate easy access to these Asian destinations.

India Tours: The company presents eight year-round tour packages in India, covering cities like Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai, Agra, Goa, Ladakh, and Nepal. These packages feature private transportation and a range of durations and activities catering to various travel styles. Accommodations include four- to five-star hotels, and domestic flights and train tickets are provided as part of the tour packages.

Australia Tours: Air Canada Vacations offers eight year-round tour packages to key Australian destinations such as Sydney and Brisbane, with plans to expand to Melbourne, Adelaide, and Kangaroo Island. These tours offer both fully-guided and self-guided options, featuring a mix of activities and accommodations in prime locations. Domestic flights between cities are included in the packages.

Overall, Air Canada Vacations' Travel Agent Toolkit for Asia and Australia aims to enhance the travel planning experience for both agents and clients, providing comprehensive resources and diverse options to facilitate memorable journeys to these regions.
