Former adult film actress turned podcast host, Lisa Ann, found herself in an unexpected situation after attending comedian Matt Rife's performance at Radio City Music Hall - she ended up being escorted out by NYPD officers, allegedly in handcuffs.
Ann took to social media to express her shock and frustration, claiming she was wrongly accused of using her phone during the show. She insisted she was merely enjoying the performance and was abruptly taken away, missing the show she had been eagerly anticipating.
Video footage shared by Ann showed her being escorted out by officers while vehemently protesting her innocence, exclaiming, "I did nothing wrong! I didn’t touch my phone!" Despite her initial claim of being taken to "jail," she later clarified that she was released after 45 minutes.
According to a source from the venue, Ann was reportedly recording the show, which is against the rules. When asked to stop and allegedly refusing, the NYPD intervened. The source further claimed that Ann's removal was not solely due to phone usage but because of her disruptive behavior, including becoming loud and allegedly kicking the police officers.
In footage obtained by The Post, Ann can be seen using her phone before police intervention, and later appears to resist efforts to escort her out.
Lisa Ann, 51, gained fame for her portrayal of a parody version of Sarah Palin in adult films, as well as her appearances on "The Howard Stern Show" and her SiriusXM show, "Stripper Town."
Meanwhile, comedian Matt Rife, 28, has faced his share of controversies, particularly after his Netflix special included jokes about domestic violence in November 2023. One joke in particular, regarding a waitress with a black eye, sparked outrage among viewers, with many accusing Rife of pandering to toxic masculinity and betraying his female audience.
