High Liner Foodservice introduced four fully cooked pollock products designed for flexibility and ease. The new items include a Panko Breaded Pollock Square, a Panko Breaded Sandwich Portion, a Panko Breaded Pollock Strip, and a Garlic and Herb Lightly Coated Pollock Strip.

More than half of surveyed consumers said they would go out of their way to try new seafood options if available. Three out of four respondents viewed seafood as a fresh and different choice for this type of dining.
