High Liner Foods Incorporated has announced the launch of a brand new range of fully cooked seafood products through its Foodservice division. The new lineup focuses on white fish and aims to help restaurants and food operators serve seafood more easily, quickly, and with confidence.

The company says the new products remove common challenges tied to preparing seafood, such as long cooking times, uneven results, and extra kitchen labour. With these ready-to-heat options, operators can add seafood dishes to their menus without added stress.

Four New Fully Cooked Choices

High Liner Foodservice introduced four fully cooked pollock products designed for flexibility and ease. The new items include a Panko Breaded Pollock Square, a Panko Breaded Sandwich Portion, a Panko Breaded Pollock Strip, and a Garlic and Herb Lightly Coated Pollock Strip.

Each product comes fully cooked and ready to heat, helping kitchens save time while delivering consistent quality.

Company Focuses on Experience and Quality

"High Liner Foods has over a century of expertise in seafood excellence and innovation is at the forefront of everything we do," said Anthony Rasetta, Chief Commercial Officer, High Liner Foods. "Our new line of responsibly sourced, fully cooked products opens up the opportunity for operators and distributors to offer consumers more of what they are looking for on their menus – new, elevated and high in protein offerings that are quick, easy and done perfectly every time."

The company highlights that these products use responsibly sourced, wild-caught fish and meet MSC Certified™ standards.

Designed for Busy Food Operations

High Liner says the new lineup works especially well for convenience stores and quick service restaurants. The products heat easily, produce no strong odours, and deliver dependable results every time. The company also notes that the items help reduce kitchen labour and preparation time while staying affordable.

The sandwich portions suit classic fish sandwiches, wraps, and creative menu ideas. The pollock strips offer flexibility, working well in bowls, salads, or plated meals.

Meeting Changing Consumer Tastes

The launch comes as more customers look for new seafood options outside traditional restaurants. Recent survey findings shared by the company show growing interest in seafood in quick-service settings.

More than half of surveyed consumers said they would go out of their way to try new seafood options if available. Many also said they would consider ordering white fish or salmon in places such as convenience stores. Three out of four respondents viewed seafood as a fresh and different choice for this type of dining.

Now Available Across North America

High Liner Foodservice has begun distributing the new fully cooked seafood products across North America. The company believes the lineup will help operators meet demand while keeping kitchens efficient and menus appealing.
