St. Kitts is encouraging visitors to put away their devices and enjoy a slower pace of life with its new “Do Not Disturb” travel campaign. The island’s tourism authority says the initiative is about stepping away from busy routines and reconnecting with nature, wellness, and simple pleasures.

“In a world of endless to-do lists, St. Kitts Tourism Authority is inviting visitors to log off, slow down, reconnect with nature and unplug from digital distractions,” the authority said in a statement.

Experiences that Encourage Mindfulness

The island is offering a wide range of activities meant to restore balance and promote reflection. These experiences are tailored to relaxation and personal wellness.

Visitors can take part in starlit sleep therapy or enjoy sunset catamaran sails. Guided mindfulness rituals are designed to help travellers feel grounded and present.

Highlights include:

  • Sacred Circles & Rituals: Energy cleansing, grounding movement, and sensory practices.
  • Outdoor Herbal Treatments: Herbal baths and massages with coconut milk and rose at Mango Walk Spa.
  • Sound Baths & Yoga: Restorative sessions in natural settings at Imagine Yoga in Frigate Bay.
  • Cacao Ceremonies: Reflection and intention-setting at Sugar Mill Spa.
  • Balm & Bond Workshops: Hands-on sessions at Sugar Town Organics using Caribbean botanicals.
  • Catamaran Tours: Sailing and snorkelling excursions with Blue Water Safaris.
  • Private Plunge Pools: Relaxation amenities at Emerald Mist Spa in St. Kitts Marriott Beach Resort.
  • Self-Drive Jeep Tours: Off-road adventures with SKN Jeepers, ending at the beach.

The Ultimate ‘Do Not Disturb’ Destination

The campaign positions St. Kitts as a retreat where travellers can recharge away from digital noise. With space, serenity, and soothing natural surroundings, the island aims to become the go-to choice for travellers seeking meaningful experiences over constant activity.

The authority describes the island as “the ultimate ‘Do Not Disturb’ destination,” offering a balance of adventure, rest, and rejuvenation.
