Pamela Bach, actress and former wife of Baywatch star David Hasselhoff, has passed away at the age of 62. According to the Los Angeles medical examiner’s office, she died on Wednesday, and her death has been ruled a suicide.
A Career in Television
Bach, also known as Pamela Hasselhoff, gained recognition through her roles in popular TV shows. She appeared in The Young and the Restless and later made a guest appearance on Baywatch. Her connection to Hasselhoff began on the set of Knight Rider, where the two first met.
Marriage, Divorce, and Public Controversy
Bach and Hasselhoff tied the knot in December 1989 and had two daughters, Taylor and Hayley. However, their relationship ended on a bitter note when Hasselhoff filed for divorce in January 2006. Their separation was highly publicized, with Bach accusing him of domestic abuse.
One of the most infamous moments from their split was a leaked video showing Hasselhoff intoxicated and struggling to eat a burger. The video, recorded by one of their daughters, led to him temporarily losing visitation rights. However, after two weeks, he regained those privileges. While Hasselhoff admitted to an alcohol relapse, he strongly denied the abuse allegations.
No Immediate Response from Hasselhoff
Following the news of Bach’s passing, representatives for David Hasselhoff have not yet issued a statement.

Hasselhoff’s Life After Divorce
In 2018, Hasselhoff moved on and married model Hayley Roberts. Meanwhile, Bach largely stayed out of the spotlight in recent years.
Her passing marks a tragic end to a life once intertwined with Hollywood’s limelight.
