Buffalo Wild Wings is spicing up its menu with the introduction of its new "ultimate bacon menu," starting Monday, August 19. The restaurant chain is rolling out four mouthwatering items that celebrate bacon in all its crispy glory.
First up is the Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger. This hearty burger features two hand-smashed patties topped with thick-cut bacon, American cheese, and creamy mac & cheese. It's all complemented by pickled hot peppers and a zesty Hatch chile aioli, all sandwiched between a soft challah bun.
Next, there's the Bacon Patty Melt. This indulgent option includes two hand-smashed patties layered with thick-cut bacon, Swiss and American cheeses, and grilled onions. It’s served on buttery brioche toast with a delicious bacon aioli.
For those who prefer a classic, the BLT Sandwich is back with a twist. This sandwich boasts thick-cut bacon, shredded iceberg lettuce, and ripe tomato, all drizzled with bacon aioli on toasted parmesan brioche.

And for a limited time, Buffalo Wild Wings is introducing Buffalo Bacon Sauce. This new sauce combines the tangy heat of classic buffalo sauce with a smoky bacon flavour, making it a perfect match for wings, burgers, sandwiches, and more.
These new bacon-infused dishes are available at participating Buffalo Wild Wings locations across the country.
Tristan Meline, the chain’s chief marketing officer, shared his excitement about the new menu. “From the smoky notes in our new Buffalo Bacon Sauce to the irresistible Bacon Patty Melt, we have raised the bar with our new thick-cut bacon menu, combining high-quality ingredients and delicious flavours,” he said.
