New Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso

Starbucks is heating up the season with a burst of fresh, summer-inspired flavors. Launching on Tuesday, May 20, the coffee giant is introducing new limited-time beverages alongside returning fan-favorites. The spotlight is on the all-new Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, along with the comeback of the much-loved Summer-Berry Starbucks Refreshers® and a delightful Strawberries & Cream Cake Pop.

A Cool Twist on a Latin American Classic

The Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso brings the comforting, nostalgic essence of horchata into a chilled, modern format. Made with Starbucks® Blonde Espresso, oatmilk, and horchata-flavored syrup, it balances sweet vanilla, warm cinnamon, and subtle nutty notes.

Inspired by Latin American traditions, horchata is a creamy, cinnamon-spiced beverage often made from rice milk. Starbucks reimagines this classic in a dairy-free, refreshing espresso drink perfect for summer sipping.

Beverage developer Ricky Gonzalez shared a personal connection with the flavor. “Horchata was everywhere in my neighborhood growing up,” he said. “It was the taste of family dinners and hot summer days – icy, sweet, and full of cinnamon.”

This new shaken espresso drink is available for a limited time, while supplies last, throughout the summer.

Summer-Berry Refreshers Make a Juicy Comeback

Back by popular demand, the Summer-Berry Starbucks Refreshers® Beverages are here to cool things down with a fruity punch. First introduced in summer 2024, these drinks quickly became fan favorites.

They feature a mix of raspberry, blueberry, and blackberry flavors, shaken with ice and water and poured over raspberry-flavored pearls. The result? A burst of berry flavor in every sip.

Customers can also enjoy these vibrant flavors in two other options:

  • Summer-Berry Lemonade Refresher – a tangy twist with lemonade
  • Summer Skies Drink – a creamy version with coconutmilk

All varieties are available for a limited time this summer, while supplies last.

A Sweet Summer Treat: Strawberries & Cream Cake Pop

For dessert lovers, Starbucks introduces the Strawberries & Cream Cake Pop. This seasonal treat is made from strawberry cream cake blended with buttercream, dipped in rich chocolaty icing, and topped with a cute summer strawberry design.

Like the drinks, the cake pop will only be available while supplies last.

Exclusive Summer Vibes at Starbucks Reserve Locations

At select Starbucks Reserve locations in Chicago, New York City, and Seattle, summer has arrived early. The menu features bold new additions:

  • Ube Espresso Martini
  • Masala Chai Latte
  • Crispy Hashbrown Egg Cup

Coffee lovers can also explore two new Reserve blends – Rwanda Sholi Kundwa and Honey Process Ecuador Loja, along with the return of the Indonesia West Java blend.

Vibrant Drinkware Inspired by Brazilian Style

This summer, Starbucks teams up with Brazilian fashion label FARM Rio for a limited-edition drinkware collection. The vibrant line includes bold, colorful cold cups, keychains, and more – echoing FARM Rio’s signature patterns.

Customers can also find new seasonal drinkware in stores now, including tumblers, water bottles, and cold cups designed in bright, sunny hues. These too are available only while supplies last.

With bold beverages, sweet treats, and stylish accessories, Starbucks is ready to make this summer flavorful and fun. Whether you're a fan of berry-packed refreshers or crave the comforting taste of horchata, there’s something for everyone to sip and savor.
