Starting Friday, everyone can buy Girl Scout Cookies, even if they don’t know a Girl Scout personally. Orders can be placed online and shipped directly through the Girl Scout Cookie Finder.

This year’s cookie season started in early January and will continue through the spring. Every box sold helps local troops and councils fund activities like camps, trips, and community projects. Selling cookies also teaches young girls important skills such as handling money, decision-making, and teamwork. According to Girl Scouts of the USA, it’s the "largest entrepreneurial program in the world."

Wendy Lou, the chief revenue officer for the organization, highlighted the importance of cookie season. “The funds girls earn throughout the season directly power girls’ journeys in leadership, entrepreneurship, and community building,” she said. “The sweet success of each sale is a testament to how much girls can change the world when they put their minds to it.”

When Can You Buy Girl Scout Cookies?

The cookie season officially began on January 7 and usually lasts until April. That means you still have time to grab favorites like Thin Mints, Samoas, and Tagalongs.

• Caramel deLites/Samoas – Crisp cookies topped with caramel, coconut, and chocolate

• Do-si-dos/Peanut Butter Sandwich – Oatmeal sandwich cookies with peanut butter
• Trefoils – Traditional shortbread cookies
• Lemonades – Shortbread cookies topped with lemon icing
• Lemon-Ups – Crispy lemon cookies with uplifting messages
• Adventurefuls – Brownie-inspired cookies with caramel-flavored crème and sea salt
• Toast-Yay! – French toast-flavored cookies dipped in icing
• Toffee-tastic – Buttery cookies with crunchy toffee bits
• Caramel Chocolate Chip – Chewy cookies with caramel and chocolate chips
