Starbucks has launched its fall menu, marking the return of its most popular seasonal drink — the Pumpkin Spice Latte. The drink arrives alongside a lineup of pumpkin and pecan-inspired creations that celebrate the flavours of autumn.

Fans can once again enjoy the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, both of which became hits in recent years. Seasonal baked goods like the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and the playful Racoon Cake Pop also return to stores nationwide.

New Drinks Join the Lineup

This year’s menu brings something new with the Pecan Oatmilk Cortado. Served hot, it mixes espresso with oat milk, creating a nutty and smooth flavour. Starbucks says the toasted pecan taste blends perfectly with the rich coffee. Customers looking for a cold option can try the new Pecan Cold Foam on top of iced coffee or cold brew.

The Italian Sausage Egg Bites also debut this season. These bite-sized snacks combine sausage, eggs, sundried tomato pesto, basil, and Monterey Jack cheese.

Starbucks Reserve Exclusives

At Reserve Roasteries and select Reserve stores, customers can try special creations. The new Tiramisu Latte adds a dessert-like twist to coffee, while the Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Manhattan brings a cocktail spin to the fall lineup. A Reserve version of the PSL and a Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew also make their return.

Social Media Comeback

The chain is reviving its once-famous @TheRealPSL Instagram account after eight years of silence. The account helped build the PSL into a cultural favourite, with fans forming online groups and communities around the drink. The revival began with a lighthearted video featuring television host Andy Cohen reading captions in the latte’s voice.

Starbucks is also tapping into fan input for future launches, hoping to keep its seasonal drinks fresh and exciting.

Testing Coconut-Based Drinks

Alongside the fall rollout, Starbucks is experimenting with new coconut water-based drinks. The Coco Cold Brew and Coco Matcha mix coconut water with caffeine for a lighter, refreshing taste. These drinks are available at 400 test locations, including New York, Los Angeles, and several midwestern cities.

The chain says the coconut drinks reflect growing interest in health-focused options. They may become part of a broader expansion if customer response is strong.

Seasonal Highlights

Starbucks’ fall menu celebrates both old favourites and new flavours. Whether it’s sipping on the classic Pumpkin Spice Latte or trying the nutty Pecan Oatmilk Cortado, customers have plenty to enjoy.

For many, the menu’s launch signals the unofficial start of autumn — and a chance to savour the season with each sip.
