McDonald’s Canada is bringing back the thrill of Monopoly Double Play, giving Canadians another shot at millions of prizes. From October 7 to November 10, customers can play both in restaurants and through the McDonald’s app for a chance to win everything from free food to cars, cash, and even tickets to the FIFA World Cup 26™ finals.

For many Canadians, Monopoly at McDonald’s has become an annual event. “Monopoly at McDonald’s is more than a game—it’s a tradition our guests look forward to every year,” said Francesca Cardarelli, Chief Marketing Officer at McDonald’s Canada. “We’re thrilled to bring back Monopoly Double Play, which gives guests more chances to win when they play in-app. This year’s game is designed to surprise and delight Canadians coast to coast.”

Two Ways to Play and Win

This year’s Monopoly Double Play lets fans win in two exciting ways.

Peel on Pack: Customers can order their favourite McDonald’s meals, peel the game stamp, and instantly discover if they’ve won one of millions of prizes. Rewards range from McDonald’s food items to $10,000 in cash.

Scan in the App: Players can also scan their game codes in the McDonald’s app for even more chances to win. App users can collect additional prizes like food and drink rewards or entries into exclusive draws for special experiences, such as a VIP tour at Universal Orlando Resort.

McDonald’s says the Double Play feature adds another level of excitement, giving players more ways to win and extending the fun beyond the restaurant.

Deals and Savings for Every Day

Even outside of Monopoly season, McDonald’s continues to offer ways for customers to save. The McValue Menu includes several items priced under $4, while a small McCafé Premium Roast Coffee costs just $1 plus tax. The McDonald’s app also offers personalized deals, reward points, and easy ways to earn free food.

For those ordering from home, McDelivery through the McDonald’s app includes a $0 delivery fee during the promotion period. An 11% service fee and a $2 small order fee still apply, but it’s a convenient way to join the fun without leaving the couch.

Millions of Prizes Up for Grabs

The Monopoly Double Play promotion runs nationwide until November 10, giving Canadians plenty of time to join in. With millions of prizes available, including life-changing experiences, every peel and scan could be the start of something big.

So, whether it’s a quick coffee break or a family dinner, it’s the perfect time to “peel like a winner.” McDonald’s is inviting everyone to grab their favourite meal, peel a game stamp, scan the app, and see what prizes await.
