Mandarin Restaurant has brought back its much-loved NoodleFest, inviting guests to enjoy a wide range of noodle dishes from April 1 to May 3. The annual event offers diners a chance to explore flavours from different parts of the world, all in one place.
The festival takes place across Mandarin locations in Ontario and features options for dine-in, as well as selected dishes for takeout and delivery.
A Celebration of Noodles
This year’s event focuses on dishes inspired by South Korea, Japan, and Thailand. Noodles remain a key part of many cuisines, known for their comfort and variety. With this in mind, the restaurant has created a menu that highlights both traditional and modern flavours.
Guests can expect a mix of sweet, savoury, and spicy tastes, giving them a chance to try something new or enjoy familiar favourites.
Four Dishes Take Centre Stage
Mandarin has introduced four featured dishes for this year’s festival, each offering a unique experience.
Korean Japchae brings together stir-fried glass noodles, vegetables, and beef. The dish blends sweet and savoury flavours, making it a popular choice in Korean cooking.
Sweet Chili Udon features thick Japanese noodles coated in a rich sauce that balances sweetness with a hint of spice. The texture of the noodles adds to the overall appeal.
Pad Thai delivers a classic taste of Thailand. Made with stir-fried rice noodles, chicken, and peanuts, this well-known dish offers a mix of bold and comforting flavours.
Spicy Tofu Noodle Salad provides a lighter option. It includes bean curd noodles and fresh vegetables tossed in a spicy dressing, giving it a refreshing yet lively taste.
A Limited-Time Experience
The company sees NoodleFest as more than just a menu update. It aims to create an enjoyable experience for guests who want to explore food from different cultures.
“NoodleFest is a celebration of flavours and the joy that noodles bring to so many cultures. We look forward to our customers exploring this promotion added to our buffet for a limited time..” says Tina Chiu, Chief Executive Officer, Mandarin Restaurant Franchise Corporation.
A Tradition of Quality Dining
Founded in 1979 in Brampton, Ontario, Mandarin has grown into a well-known buffet restaurant across the province. Each location offers a wide selection of dishes, with more than 100 items available for dine-in guests.
The company continues to focus on fresh food and strong customer service, values that have guided its growth over the years.
Bringing People Together Through Food
NoodleFest offers guests a chance to enjoy a variety of dishes in one visit. Whether trying something new or returning for a favourite, the event highlights the shared love of food across cultures.
With its limited-time menu and wide selection, the festival adds excitement to the dining experience this season.
