Air Canada is making travel to Europe easier and more exciting in summer 2025. The airline is introducing new nonstop routes and increasing flights on existing ones, giving travelers more options. With added connections and better services, flying to Europe will be more convenient than ever.

New Nonstop Flights

Three new direct flights are launching next summer:

  • Montreal to Porto: Starting in June, this route will operate three times a week, bringing travelers to Portugal’s scenic city known for its culture and history.
  • Montreal to Naples: This four-times-a-week service begins in May, offering easy access to Naples’ rich history, famous cuisine, and coastal beauty.
  • Toronto to Prague: Launching in June with three weekly flights, this route allows travelers to experience Prague’s castles, cobblestone streets, and vibrant culture.

More Flights and Earlier Seasonal Starts

Along with new routes, Air Canada is increasing flights and starting seasonal services earlier.

From Toronto:

  • Stockholm: Increasing from 2 to 4 weekly flights
  • Madrid: Now a daily service
  • Manchester: Expanding to 6 flights per week
  • Athens, Barcelona, Brussels, Edinburgh: Seasonal flights will now start in March

From Montreal:

  • Reykjavik: Seasonal service begins in May
  • Dublin: Increasing from 3 to 4 weekly flights
  • Madrid: Expanding to 5 weekly flights

Better Connections Across Europe

Air Canada is partnering with major rail and bus systems, making travel within Europe smoother. These connections will allow passengers to transfer easily from flights to trains or coaches across multiple countries.

Some of the partner networks include:

  • France: SNCF Voyageurs
  • Germany: Deutsche Bahn
  • Switzerland: Swiss Federal Railways
  • Austria: ÖBB
  • Italy: Trenitalia
  • Spain: Renfe
  • UK: National Express, LNER, Avanti West Coast, Great Western Rail, and TransPennine Express

Extra Perks for Travelers

Air Canada is also enhancing the travel experience with:

  • Shorter travel times between North America and Europe
  • Faster customs processing for U.S.-bound travelers
  • Comfortable seating and upgraded cabin services

With these improvements, Air Canada is making European travel more accessible and enjoyable. Whether exploring historic cities or relaxing on a European getaway, travelers will have more choices and a smoother journey in 2025.
