Heidi Klum, often called the “Queen of Halloween,” has once again stunned fans with another unforgettable costume. As the clock neared midnight in New York City on Friday, the supermodel arrived at her famous Halloween party dressed as Medusa, turning heads and cameras alike.
Her husband, musician Tom Kaulitz, joined in on the theme, appearing as a knight turned to stone after a doomed battle with the mythical serpent queen. The pair made a dramatic entrance, drawing gasps from guests and photographers.
A Dazzling Mythical Transformation
Klum’s transformation into the legendary Greek creature was complete from head to tail. She wore a shimmering, snake-like body suit with intricate scales, a long curling tail, and a crown of lifelike moving snakes that appeared to slither across her head. Sharp fangs and a forked tongue added to the terrifyingly realistic look.

To top it off, Klum carried a bow and arrow, striking playful poses while aiming at Kaulitz and flashing her fanged grin to photographers. Her theatrical gestures and detailed costume once again proved why she reigns supreme every Halloween.
The Most Anticipated Halloween Party in New York
This year marks the 24th edition of Klum’s annual Halloween celebration. The star-studded event took place at The Venue on Music Row inside the Hard Rock Hotel in New York, sponsored by Butterfinger and Huluween on Disney+. Over the years, her party has become one of the city’s most anticipated Halloween traditions, known for creative costumes and celebrity appearances.
Klum’s past transformations have always amazed fans. She’s become E.T., a giant worm, Fiona from Shrek, a peacock, and Jessica Rabbit in previous years. Each costume takes months of preparation and keeps fans guessing until the big reveal.
The Art Behind the Magic
Leading up to Halloween night, Klum teased followers with hints and behind-the-scenes photos on social media. She told an interviewer earlier in October, “I’m going to be very ugly — very scary, but very ugly.” Throughout the day on Friday, she shared clips showing makeup artists applying prosthetics, scales, and her signature fangs.

Her transformation was once again a collaboration with Mike Marino, an Emmy-winning prosthetic designer who also worked on The Penguin. Together, they created a look that was equal parts art and fantasy.
A Tradition Years in the Making
Klum’s Halloween parties began about 25 years ago when she couldn’t find a celebration that lived up to her expectations. “It all started when I was searching for the party in New York City,” she explained in a video posted on her Instagram. “I thought, ‘I’m going to have to take that one over.’”
She admitted that each year brings more pressure to outdo herself. “I have sleepless nights over Halloween, you have no idea. I always hope that it works out,” Klum said. Judging by the crowd’s reaction, this year’s Medusa look might be one of her best yet.
