Demi Moore once again proved that style has no age limit as she turned heads at the 2025 LACMA Art + Film Gala in Los Angeles. The 62-year-old actress stunned in a daring sheer gown that blended glamour, confidence, and bold design in perfect balance.
The event, held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, brought together Hollywood’s most fashionable stars. But it was Moore who captivated the crowd the moment she arrived. Her look not only set social media abuzz but also confirmed her ongoing influence as a timeless style icon.
A Daring Look with a Sparkling Touch
Demi wore a custom Gucci gown designed by Demna, made entirely of black mesh fabric. The sleeveless piece featured a halter neckline and hugged her figure gracefully. The dress shimmered under the lights, covered in beaded and crystal floral patterns in rich shades of purple, red, blue, and green.

Styled by Brad Goreski, she paired the look with ruby drop earrings, a silver bracelet, and sparkling rings that added even more shine. Her hair, done by Dimitris Giannetos, fell in soft waves over one shoulder, giving her look a touch of effortless glamour. Her makeup stayed subtle and natural, with warm bronze tones, a hint of blush, and a glossy nude lip that let the dress take centre stage.
Her Signature Style Evolution
This was not the first time Demi made waves with an eye-catching, embellished look. Just two months earlier, she attended the premiere of Gucci’s short fashion film, “The Tiger,” during Milan Fashion Week.
At that event, she wore a gold high-neck gown with a backless cut and long bell sleeves. The dress featured detailed bronze embroidery and gold fringe, showing her love for daring yet sophisticated fashion choices.
A Close Collaboration with Gucci
Moore’s strong connection with Gucci continues to grow under the creative direction of Demna, who joined the brand this year. “The Tiger” marked his first official collection for Gucci, titled La Famiglia. Rather than hosting a runway show, Demna brought his designs to life through the film, dressing its cast in his creations.
In the film, Demi portrayed Barbara Gucci, a fictional executive within the Gucci empire. “Spike had this idea that my character is having an anxiety dream,” Demi explained. “It explores the difference between what we feel inside and what we show to the world. It was such a fun, amazing experience.”
Reflections on a Long Career
Last month, Demi opened up about her four decades in Hollywood. She said, “With everything I’ve been through, which has been a lot, I wouldn’t trade where I am today. What I have now is freedom — the freedom to not know all the answers and still be at peace.”
With her elegant confidence and fearless style, Demi Moore continues to prove that true glamour never fades.
