Media icon Oprah Winfrey drew attention at Paris Fashion Week after appearing in a stylish outfit while attending a major runway event. The television host and entrepreneur attended the Stella McCartney WI26 show on March 4 at the historic Le Grand Manege Jean Caucanas venue in Paris.
Her appearance quickly became one of the highlights of the event as she arrived dressed in a polished and elegant look that reflected both confidence and modern fashion.
Elegant Look at the Runway Event
Winfrey chose a peach-coloured blazer paired with loose brown trousers and a matching brown handbag with leather straps. The outfit balanced comfort with sophistication.
She completed the look with curved kitten heels, silver hoop earrings, and ombre sunglasses. A sleek ponytail tied the entire style together.
The media personality sat in the front row during the show, enjoying the runway presentations alongside two well-known figures: her longtime friend Gayle King and musician Paul McCartney. The three smiled for photographs together while watching the fashion event.

The appearance marked another notable moment for Winfrey, who has continued to attract attention for her evolving style in recent years.
A Visible Transformation
Winfrey’s appearance at the fashion show also highlighted a personal milestone. Over the past few years, she has lost more than 50 pounds following a health and wellness journey that began in 2021.
She started focusing on her health shortly after knee surgery. Since then, she has openly discussed the steps she took to reach her fitness goals.
Her honesty about the process has drawn praise from many supporters who appreciate her willingness to speak openly about weight loss and health.
Speaking Openly About Weight-Loss Treatment
Winfrey previously shared that she used GLP-1 weight-loss medications for about two and a half years while working toward her goal weight. Medications such as Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Ozempic help reduce appetite and were originally developed to treat diabetes.
At first, she felt unsure about using the treatment.
She explained during a television interview:
"I was so motivated by shame that I felt I could not take the drug, because if I took the drug – I, who had been the poster child for 'I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, willpower, willpower, let's just get more willpower' – if I couldn't do it, then I would be shamed, and ashamed of myself for not being able to do it myself."
Over time, however, she decided to focus on overall wellness rather than public expectations.
Medical professionals say people may respond differently to weight-loss medications. Some individuals experience few side effects, while others report symptoms such as nausea, headaches, or digestive problems.
Maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle
Winfrey has now reached her goal weight of about 155 pounds. She currently focuses on maintaining her health through daily physical activity.
Her routine includes hiking, regular exercise, and resistance training. She believes the combination of medication and an active lifestyle has helped her regain strength and fitness.
She said the results have made her feel stronger than ever.
"But as I continue to work out here the combination of the medication and hiking every day and resistance training has given me the body that I had when I was running a marathon. So, I was 40 and feeling really good, but to be able to be 71 and feel that I am in the best shape of my life feels better than it did when I was 40."
A New Approach to Style
Winfrey has also noticed changes in how she approaches fashion since reaching her fitness goals. She says dressing has become more enjoyable.
"I can tell you what a joy it is to actually pack clothes that you know are gonna fit and you're gonna feel good in them. I mean, it is a joy to get dressed."
Her confident appearance at Paris Fashion Week reflected both her personal transformation and her continued influence in media, culture and fashion.
