Bolthouse Fresh Foods™ is giving carrots the spotlight this year. At the Global Produce & Floral Show, the company introduced new products that make fresh produce fun and exciting again. These new items celebrate the carrot as a hero ingredient and show how it can fit into everyday meals and snacks.

Following the success of the Bolthouse Fresh™ brand launch last year, the company continues to grow. It brings new creativity and taste to the produce aisle, inspiring shoppers to see fresh food in a new way.

“Fresh produce has always been relevant—and it's always evolving, but how people connect with it continues to evolve,” said Timothy Escamilla, CEO of Bolthouse Fresh Foods™. “We're reimagining what fresh can mean—bringing inspiration to the produce aisle and creating new ways for consumers to make it part of their daily lives.”

The company was recently named one of the Top 10 Most Innovative Companies of 2025. With over 100 years of experience growing carrots, Bolthouse Fresh Foods™ now aims to push boundaries even further. Its new Sparks, Georgia facility helps the brand reach more customers across the Southeast, expanding its ability to deliver fresh, high-quality produce.

Innovation on Display

At the event, Bolthouse Fresh Foods™ introduced several new products that mix taste, health, and convenience. These include Carrot Fries, Organic Side Dish Sizzlers, Chip Dipper Carrots, and Reindeer Snacks.

Carrot Fries turn the classic comfort food into a healthier option. Made from real carrots, they have fewer carbs and less starch. They come in four tasty flavours—Classic Sea Salt, Rockin’ Ranch, Bold BBQ, and Spicy Southwest Chipotle.

“We’re seeing tremendous enthusiasm from customers for Carrot Fries,” said Melissa Oliver, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “They align perfectly with the air-fryer trend and bring renewed excitement to the produce set. Carrot Fries deliver exactly what today’s shoppers want—simple, fresh, and flavorful options that make healthy eating enjoyable.”

Organic Side Dish Sizzlers use colourful rainbow carrots with chef-style seasonings. They’re quick to roast, sauté, or air fry—ideal for busy families.

“The organic category continues to be a major driver of growth and opportunity,” said Escamilla. “Organic Rainbow Side Dish Sizzlers™ bring color, flavor, and ease to the table—inviting new shoppers into organics while giving loyal consumers a fresh, exciting way to enjoy them.”

Chip Dipper Carrots have ridges like classic chips, making them perfect for dipping into hummus, ranch, or guacamole.

For the holidays, Reindeer Snacks offer a fun, limited-edition carrot pack for families to enjoy together. Designed to be part of seasonal traditions, these snacks bring a healthy twist to festive celebrations.

Growing Fresh Possibilities

“From operations to innovation, we’re expanding how Bolthouse Fresh Foods™ shows up in the marketplace,” said Karen White, Vice President of Marketing. “It’s a dynamic time for our brand and for the fresh category overall. We’re focused on driving growth, relevance, and innovation across every channel.”

Bolthouse Fresh Foods™ invites visitors to experience its new lineup and see how it’s changing the future of fresh produce. The company remains committed to supporting retailers, consumers, and foodservice partners with products that make fresh eating simple, fun, and part of everyday life.
