Bruce Springsteen is giving fans exactly what they want—more Bruce Springsteen. The legendary rocker announced a massive new collection, “Tracks II: The Lost Albums,” set to be released on June 27.

This 83-song box set features 74 never-before-heard tracks, spanning material recorded and reworked between 1983 and 2018. The announcement came via Instagram, exciting fans worldwide.

A Treasure Trove of Unreleased Music

Springsteen revealed that during the COVID-19 pandemic, he revisited his archives, working to complete unfinished projects.

"The Lost Albums are full records, some mixed and ready to go, but never released," he explained in a video.

The collection also includes a 100-page hardcover book, offering a deeper dive into the music and history behind these lost recordings.

Teasing Fans Before the Big Reveal

Springsteen first hinted at the project a day before the official announcement. A cryptic video on his Instagram featured the phrase: “What was lost has been found.” The post led fans to a website, www.lostalbums.net, which teased the release with the years 1983-2018.

A Sequel to the Original ‘Tracks’

“Tracks II” follows 1998’s ‘Tracks,’ a 4-CD collection of 66 unreleased songs that gave fans a glimpse into Springsteen’s creative process. This new release is even bigger, promising unheard material spanning decades.

The Boss Keeps Rolling

Springsteen’s last studio album, “Only the Strong Survive” (2022), was a collection of soul covers, featuring classics from artists like the Four Tops, Temptations, and Supremes. It also included collaborations with the late soul legend Sam Moore.

"I wanted to make an album where I just sang," Springsteen said at the time. "And what better music than the great American songbook of the ‘60s and ‘70s?"

Springsteen Hits the Road

The excitement doesn’t stop with the album release. Next month, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will embark on a European and U.K. tour. The tour kicks off on May 17 in Manchester, England, and wraps up on July 3 in Milan, Italy.

With a huge archive release and a major tour ahead, 2025 is shaping up to be a big year for The Boss.
