The Canada Strong Pass now gives children free access to museums and galleries across Canada. It also offers half-price entry for youth aged 18 to 24. This program includes 87 provincial and territorial locations. Some big names are the Royal Tyrrell Museum in Alberta, the Royal BC Museum in Victoria, and the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto.

Encouraging Travel Within Canada

The government launched the Canada Strong Pass to boost domestic travel. It also helps families save money during the summer. Alongside museums and galleries, the pass covers other places like national parks and historic sites.

“We need to stay strong and united,” said Minister of Canadian Identity and Culture Steven Guilbeault. “I encourage everyone to explore Canada this summer.”
