Concertgoers in Texas were treated to an unforgettable moment on Sunday night when Fifth Harmony reunited on stage for the first time in seven years. The pop girl group, known for chart-topping hits and an enormous fan following, appeared during the Jonas Brothers’ tour stop, sparking cheers and online frenzy.

Ally Brooke, Normani, Dinah Jane, and Lauren Jauregui took the stage together, performing their smash singles “Worth It” and “Work From Home.” The performance marked their first official appearance as a group since announcing an indefinite hiatus in 2018.

The reunion did not include Camila Cabello, who left the group in 2016 to pursue a solo career. Still, the energy and nostalgia of the night thrilled longtime fans.

Hints of a Reunion

Earlier on Sunday, the group’s official X account teased followers with the hashtag “#FifthHarmonyFollowSpree.” Fans immediately speculated about a possible comeback. Those suspicions grew stronger after the band updated its social media bio with the cryptic line: “Where were you on August 31, 2025?”

Hours later, the speculation turned into reality. Videos of the surprise performance quickly flooded social media, with fans expressing disbelief and excitement. The official Fifth Harmony account later posted clips from the night, thanking the Jonas Brothers and writing that it “felt amazing to be back.”

Expanding Fan Connections

Beyond the stage, Fifth Harmony is reviving its fan engagement. The group launched new merchandise and announced its move to WeVerse, a Hybe-owned fan platform. In a welcome video, all four members appeared on camera, smiling and promising fans that they would “chat soon.”

This move signals a deeper connection with their global fanbase, which has remained loyal despite years of silence. Fans are now eagerly awaiting news on whether this one-off performance will lead to more concerts, recordings, or even a full reunion tour.

A Legacy of Hits and Individual Journeys

Fifth Harmony first captured hearts after being formed on the U.S. version of The X-Factor. Their debut album Reflection, released in 2015, cemented their place in pop music with tracks like “Sledgehammer” and “Worth It.”

When Cabello departed in 2016, the remaining four members pressed forward, releasing music and touring before announcing their hiatus two years later. Since then, each member has ventured into solo projects, though their levels of success have varied. Normani achieved mainstream recognition with hits like “Motivation,” while others explored creative projects and personal artistry outside of mainstream charts.

The Surprise Factor

The Jonas Brothers have made surprise appearances a highlight of their current tour. On August 10, Demi Lovato joined them for a nostalgic “Camp Rock” reunion. Bringing Fifth Harmony into the mix only heightened anticipation for who might appear next.

For fans, though, the Sunday night reunion was more than just a guest spot. It was a long-awaited reminder of the group’s enduring chemistry, powerful harmonies, and the joy they once brought to millions. Whether this performance is a brief reunion or the beginning of something bigger, the excitement it has generated proves Fifth Harmony’s impact is far from forgotten.
