The Weeknd sang a mix of songs at the 67th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on February 2, 2025. Vancouver Sun

The Weeknd will bring his After Hours ’til. Dawn tour to Vancouver’s B.C. Place on July 15 and 16. Both concerts start at 7 p.m. Tickets are available on Ticketmaster.ca. Fans can expect large crowds, as B.C. Place holds over 50,000 people. Arrive early to find your seats and avoid delays.

About the New Album
The Weeknd’s latest album, Hurry Up Tomorrow, came out on January 31, 2025. This album is the final part of a trilogy that started with After Hours in 2020 and continued with Dawn FM in 2022. The album was released alongside a movie of the same name, starring The Weeknd himself, alongside Jenny Ortega and Barry Keoghan. Though the film got poor reviews, the music has fans excited.

The Show and Set List
The tour includes about 35 songs from The Weeknd’s career. The most performed song so far is "How Do I Make You Love Me?" from Dawn FM. He also surprises fans with covers, like Future’s "Low Life," Rosalía’s "La Fama," and Kendrick Lamar’s "Pray for Me." He even performs Drake’s "Crew Love." Some popular songs from previous shows, like Kanye West’s "Hurricane," may or may not be included in Vancouver.

Tour Reviews
The After Hours ’til. Dawn tour began in 2022 and has received great reviews. A 2022 concert at B.C. Place was praised for its high-energy and big production. The Weeknd’s mix of R&B, new wave, and dance pop keeps the audience thrilled. The stage setup includes lights, explosions, and special effects, promising an exciting experience.

Special Guests on Tour
Two opening acts will perform before The Weeknd. Playboi Carti, an American rapper, joins the tour and has worked with The Weeknd on the song "Timeless." Another opener is Houston rapper Mike Dean. Dean has helped write many of The Weeknd’s popular songs. His set features a large number of his own tracks and he performed with The Weeknd at Coachella in 2022.

What to Expect in Vancouver
Both Vancouver concerts are expected to sell out quickly. Fans should prepare for busy crowds and long lines. It’s a good idea to arrive early, plan your travel, and know your seating location.
